All items shown may not be available at our warehouse locations for immediate customer pick-up. Please call in advance for product availability information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices are subject to change without notice at any time. We have made every effort to list correct product information at anytime with our friendly customer service staff.

Our standard terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. All past due invoices are subject to a 1.25% finance charge accrued monthly. Orders received from past due accounts will not be processed until account is current. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

All items are F.O.B. U.S. Municipal Supply, Inc. unless otherwise noted. There will be a minimal delivery charge on all orders that are delivered by a U.S. Municipal Supply, Inc. truck. Merchandise shipped by any other means is prepaid and added to invoice.

No merchandise may be returned without U.S. Municipal Supply, Inc.'s approval. Items returned without authorization will be refused. All damage and shortage claims must be filed within 7 days. All returns must be packaged properly so no additional damage is incurred. A 15% service charge will be made on returned items. Special order items will be subject to our suppliers return policy and charged accordingly. Customer will be responsible for any additional freight charges. We assume full responsibility for errors or damage when it is our fault. Custom items cannot be returned.

FREIGHT CHARGES

• Items sent by UPS: The UPS charges will be added to the invoice.
• Truck freight for items delivered by U.S. Municipal Supply trucks: Freight will be $40 on all orders under $1000. The charge will be added to the invoice for all deliveries. For orders over $1,000, the delivery charges will be waived.
• Items sent directly to Customer from the Manufacturer: The delivery charge from the Manufacturer will be added to the invoice.
• Items on bids that include freight: Freight charges will not be included on the invoice. This information must be noted on the sales order.
• Customer pick-up at our location: Freight charges will not be included on the invoice. This information must be noted on the sales order.
