Endurance outdoor furniture products are the perfect solution to your outdoor seating needs. Endurance recycled products benefit our environment by reusing unwanted materials that would otherwise take up valuable landfill space. Being made of long-lasting recycled plastics, they are resistant against weather, insects, decay, and outdoor pollutants. Plastic lumber outdoor furniture products and park benches can be exposed to the weather without changing their appearance, such as wood or concrete can. The sheer weight of these items is a deterrent against theft and vandalism. For example, the TPB8 park benches and the PT8 picnic table both weigh in at approximately 475 lbs.! If you compare the weight of our finished benches and tables to other manufacturers you'll see that our products are much heavier and are priced much lower.
By limiting our outdoor furniture inventory to only three colors we can offer more bench for your money. Located in central Pennsylvania we can also offer free delivery to much of the state, as well as some parts of West Virginia, Maryland, northern Virginia, New Jersey, Delaware and southern New York. We ship our benches all over the United States using common LTL carriers, with which we have some great freight discounts.
picnic table, bench, trash bin Endurance outdoor furniture products are made of two different types of environment-friendly recycled material.
  1. The first is a wood poly composite consisting of reclaimed/recycled polyethylene plastics (such as stretch film used in shipping and grocery bags), which are melted and combined with wood saw dust. The plastic in the product protects the wood from any moisture or insect damage and the wood protects the plastic from UV light damage. These two ingredients combined create a very heavy and stable long-lasting product. Two colors of this material are utilized; light brown and redwood. Both of the colors will fade after exposure to sunlight. The light brown will fade to a gray, similar to weathered pressure-treated pine lumber. The redwood will fade to a lighter shade. The final colors will be reached in 6 – 12 weeks if exposed to sunlight. This material can be stained or painted with any product that is suitable for wood, but is not necessary to protect the surface.

This material is used to build the following products:

    Benches SF6, TPB5, TPB8, Table TPT8, Trash Receptacle TR48

  2. The second material used is a solid plastic lumber made of 100% recycled plastics, (such as soda bottles and milk cartons). Colorfast pigments and UV stabilizers are mixed with these plastics to help prevent extreme fading due to exposure to weather and sun and also extend the life of the color, which is medium beige. This material, being made of these HDPE type plastics also creates a heavy and long-lasting product, which will not absorb any moisture and will not crack, rot, splinter or stain. Any damage or vandalism caused to the surface can be repaired by simply heating the surface with a common propane torch and smoothing the area with a warm putty knife.

This material is used to build the following: Bench FB6, Tables PT8, PT6
